snack-
1 vanilla activia yogurt cup w/ cantaloupe 1 1/2 c. 190 cals

Lunch-
lean cuisine 290 cals

Snack- 1 1/2 c. cantaloupe + 100 calorie choc. pretzel bag 190 cals

Dinner- Easy Pasta 400 cals
w. salad

Snack- apple w/ 1 tbsp caramel 160 cals.

exercise- triceps and chest and 30 min cardio..
